We offer translation services for websites that use the WordPress content management system (CMS) at competitive rates. We can translate an existing website or create a new one for you with our professional website developer. English and Spanish languages only.

With a single mouse click, a web page is produced in your preferred language. We do not use machine translation software, such as Google Translate, to make your site multilingual because this is not very accurate. How we charge for translation services
Like most translation services, we charge by the number of words in the source document. If you engage us to translate from Spanish to English, the source document is Spanish. This is a more transparent way of quoting because you are more likely to know the number of words in the source document. The target document may have significantly more or less words than the source document.

Other impacts in pricing
Many people looking to translate documents may want the translated document to look and be formatted exactly as the original. This is a common requirement for brochures, immigration, and other government documents. These types of documents may impact the cost beyond the simple word count. If a document needs to be legally certified, this will also require an added cost.

Word complexity
Another area that can add to the translation cost is the use of complex, legal, or technical words. For instance, medical documents require a higher cost because of the complexity and frequency of the words used. This extra cost is well spent because we take the time to insure the translation is accurate and the terminology is correct.

Tight deadlines
Rush jobs may also impact the cost. We work with our clients to minimize these costs by planning ahead and possibly delivering partial work.

Project size
The size of the project affects the cost per word. A larger document will cost less per word than a smaller document. So, be sure to ask about volume discounts.
