Our notary services are mobile, which means we can come to your home, office, or a place of your choice in the El Paso area. This includes Horizon, Fabens, Socorro, Tornillo, Anthony, and Canutillo.

If daytime hours are not convenient for you, we can schedule an evening appointment. 

All of our notaries are commissioned and insured. 

Se Habla Español. If you prefer to speak Spanish, no problem. We can speak, read, and write Spanish.

The Most Common Types of Notarizations

Acknowledgement
The Notary ensures a signer’s identity and willingness to sign. it is often used for documents pertaining to valuable assets, such as loans and house deeds.

Jurat
This is where the signer swears or affirms that the contents of a document are true. These are often performed on legal documents, such as affidavits or depositions. The person must sign the document in front of the Notary.

Oath or Affirmation
The reason for an oath or affirmation is to compel a person to be truthful or they can face legal consequences. An oath is a pledge to a higher power. An affirmation is a pledge to an individual’s personal honor.
